Photos are delivered within two working days. Every delivered image has basic editing: white balance, colour and exposure correction, and cropping. Full commercial usage rights are included.
How a real estate shoot works
- Send the address, the size of the property and the date that suits you. You will have a quote within three working hours.
- Confirm by email. There is no deposit, and rescheduling is free if you ask more than 48 hours before the shoot.
- On the day, make sure the property is tidy and accessible at the agreed time. I photograph the rooms and the exterior and, if booked, the 360° tour and aerial views in the same visit.
- The edited photos arrive by download link within two working days. The invoice follows the shoot, payable within 14 days.
What you receive
- Edited photos with basic editing: white balance, colour and exposure correction, and cropping.
- Full commercial usage rights: property portals, your website, print brochures and social media.
- Interiors and exteriors, with optional aerial views and a 360° virtual tour.
Where I work
Travel anywhere in Luxembourg is included in the price. Properties in the Grande Région, such as Trier, Metz, Thionville or Arlon, are possible by arrangement.

Can photos, a 360° tour and aerial views be done in one visit?
Yes. Book them together and everything is shot during the same appointment.
What if the date changes?
Rescheduling is free if you ask more than 48 hours before the shoot. Later, cancellation fees apply: 30% within 48 hours, 80% within 24 hours and 100% within one hour.
Do you also work for private owners?
Yes. Agencies, developers, hotels and private owners book the same packages.
