What happens after I send a request?
- Request. Send the date, venue, type of shoot and timing through the booking form, by email or by phone.
- Quote. Within three working hours you receive availability and a fixed price.
- Confirmation. A confirmation by email is enough: no deposit and no paperwork.
- Brief. A programme, a list of key people and must-have moments. A written brief in French or German is fine.
How fast do I receive the photos?
- Events: 10 to 15 edited images on the day of the event, included in the price, for press releases and social media.
- Full gallery within two working days, as high-resolution JPEG files in a private online gallery.
- Business portraits: within five working days. Real estate photos: within two working days.
What does editing include?
Basic editing of every delivered image: white balance, colour and exposure correction, and cropping.
Can we use the photos freely?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included: your website, social media, press, advertising and print. No photo credit is required on your own website, social media or advertising. For press and editorial publication, please credit “Photo: Aleksandr Nagornyi”.
Do you work in English?
On-site communication in English. Written briefs accepted in French and German. That is why international companies and EU institutions in Luxembourg book me: the team on site, the speakers and I work in one language, while programmes and emails can arrive in French or German.
Payment and cancellation
A confirmation by email is enough: no deposit and no paperwork. You receive the invoice after the shoot, payable within 14 days.
