I photograph conferences, summits, forums and seminars for organisers, companies and institutions in Luxembourg and the Grande Région. Stills only. On-site communication in English. Written briefs accepted in French and German.
What do you photograph at a conference?
Speakers on stage. Every speaker in action, with sharp, expressive portraits for your social media and event reports.
Panels and questions from the floor. The exchange between panellists and the room, showing that the debate really took place.
Networking, breaks and sponsor stands. Attendees meeting each other and your partners’ visibility, which sponsors often expect in the event report.
Behind the scenes. Preparation, registration and the organising team, telling the story of the event from the inside.
How does the day work?
- Before the conference. You send the programme, the list of speakers and the key moments. A written brief in French or German is perfectly fine.
- On the day. I arrive before the opening, check the stage and light with your technical team, and work discreetly during the sessions.
- After the conference. 10 to 15 edited images on the same day, included in the price, then the full gallery within two working days, as high-resolution JPEG files in a private online gallery.

Do you cover multi-day conferences?
Yes. Each day is booked as a full day, and you receive the same-day selection each evening.
Do you also offer video?
No. I work in stills only, and that focus is what makes selection and delivery this fast.
Do you work in French or German?
On-site communication in English. Written briefs accepted in French and German.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier, the better: most conferences are booked two to six months ahead, which secures your date. If your date is sooner, please still get in touch: whenever my calendar allows, I’m glad to help at short notice.
