Event photography in Luxembourg starts at €360 for two hours and about 100 edited images. You receive 10 to 15 edited images on the day of the event, included in the price, and the full gallery within two working days.
I cover conferences, trade fairs, galas, corporate events, public festivals and concerts for companies, institutions, associations, communes and cultural venues. Stills only. On-site communication in English. Written briefs accepted in French and German.

Which events do you photograph?
Conferences and summits. Keynotes, panel discussions, networking breaks and sponsor booths, with speaker portraits taken on stage and backstage. Recent conferences include TEDxLuxembourgCity, Nexus Luxembourg and Luxembourg Venture Days.
Trade fairs and exhibition stands. Stand photography, product presentations and visitor traffic for exhibitors and organisers, in Luxembourg and the Grande Région.
Awards ceremonies and galas. Arrivals, award handovers and group photos, delivered fast enough for the next morning’s press release.
Corporate events and parties. Christmas parties, afterworks, anniversaries and product launches, photographed without stopping the evening.
Public and community events. Commune festivities, city festivals and public celebrations, with experience for the Commune de Roeser and the Ville d’Esch-sur-Alzette.
Cultural events and concerts. Concerts, performances and cultural programmes, including work for the Conservatoire du Nord.

Travel within Luxembourg is included. Travel to the Grande Région is agreed per assignment. Every delivered image has basic editing: white balance, colour and exposure correction, and cropping. Full commercial usage rights are included in every package.

How does the day work?
- Before the event. You send the programme, the venue and a list of people and moments that matter. A brief in French or German is fine.
- On the day. I arrive before the start, check the light and the stage with your team, and work discreetly during sessions.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also film video?
No. I work in stills only, and that focus is why selection and delivery are fast.
Do you work in French or German?
On-site communication in English. Written briefs accepted in French and German. Programmes, shot lists and emails in either language are no problem.
Do you photograph events outside Luxembourg?
Yes, across the Grande Région, including Trier, Metz, Thionville and Arlon, and at international fairs on request.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier, the better: most conferences are booked two to six months ahead, which keeps your date safe. If your event is sooner, please still get in touch. Whenever my calendar allows, I’m glad to help at short notice.
What does editing include?
Basic editing of every delivered image: white balance, colour and exposure correction, and cropping.
Do you photograph weddings or private parties?
Yes, on request. Most of my work is for companies, institutions, associations, communes and cultural venues, but private clients are just as welcome: weddings, family celebrations and private parties included. Please note that I’m a reportage photographer, not a specialised wedding photographer: I document the day as it happens, the way I cover events, rather than directing staged sessions.
